How long have you been working in Learning & Development?:
17 years
And what do you love most about it?
The privilege of being around people who are open to learn and develop themselves and others. I get so much energy from those kinds of people and I love having the opportunity to create learning environments which encourage this openness too.
What are your specialist topics?
First line manager development, Developing a culture Service Excellence, Mental, Health First Aid Insights Discovery, Personal and Team effectiveness and Train the Facilitator
